Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule course dates due to factors such as severe weather conditions, low enrollment, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
Students must bring a valid driver’s license to all training sessions and road tests, along with any prescribed eyewear (glasses or contact lenses).
Please note that customer-initiated cancellations are subject to our refund policy outlined below.
To cancel a scheduled lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice in advance. Cancellations made without sufficient notice will result in a late cancellation or no-show fee, as follows:
  • Late cancellation fee: $50.00 per scheduled hour
  • No-show fee: $50.00 per scheduled hour
No additional lessons will be scheduled until all outstanding fees for missed lessons are paid in full.

Refund Policy

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule courses at our discretion. (Refer to our cancellation policy for details.) If the alternative dates offered do not work for you, a full refund will be issued.

If you wish to change or cancel your enrollment in the New Driver Education course, the following refund policy applies:

  • Once the theory portion has begun, the initial deposit becomes non refundable.

  • The remaining course balance must be paid before beginning the practical training.

  • If the full course fee has been paid but the practical portion is not completed, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

  • After one year from the course start date, all payments become non refundable, and any unused services will be forfeited.

In cases where a road test is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances after the instructor has arrived at the test center with the student, a 50% fee will apply. If the student and instructor have not yet departed for the road test, no fee will be charged.
